AR. KRISTINE MAE A. SANAO, UAP
Founder & Designer
Kristine has a fascination for all things beautiful. Her eye for design is evident in her works both as an Architect and an Interior Stylist.
Graduating from the University of Sto. Tomas in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and obtaining her license in 2010, she has 9 years of solid experience in a Quadruple A company, one of the leading construction companies in the Philippines, DATEM INC. She also actively serves the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) organization since she was licensed up to present and even became a Chapter President for FY 2017-2018. She serves as Vice-Chairman for UAP National Committee on Competitions for FY 2018-2019 to FY 2019-2020 as Deputy on Committee on Design Excellence Award FY 2019-2020; as Deputy on Committee on NAW FY 2020-2021; and as Deputy on Committee on Young Architects FY 2021-2022.
Some of her greatest accomplishments in the field of architecture include being nominated in the 2017 Young Architect of the Year and having her name embossed in an iconic museum as a credit for her contribution in building the structure.
In June 2019, Kristine established KMAS Designs to personally cater to residential and commercial clients. She takes pride in creating simple and tasteful designs that definitely change the way the owners see their space and she looks forward to bringing the KMAS brand to the entire Metro Manila and her hometown, Naga City.
Apart from architecture, Kristine also loves music. In fact, she unexpectedly graced the music industry and now runs her own music management business, handling one of the best local OPM artists in the country.
